It Gets Better
It Gets Better
Change is a part of life. Some of the changes that happen to us are fun and exciting, while other changes mean the loss of a career, people we care about, marital relationships, and hope for the future.
There are times when we might question our belief in God, our sense of self, and our purpose and meaning in life. Anxiety, emptiness, and worry can sneak into our thoughts, invade our everyday lives, and keep us stuck in our emotions.
Often, our potential is not realized and we experience disappointment in our aspirations, direction, and goals in life. Addiction and feelings of hopelessness might present itself.
In spite of it all, we continue to put one foot in front of the other to move forward in life, even though these circumstances can be challenging and seem overwhelming.
There are times when simply having someone to talk to who can actively listen, engage, and work with us in creating changes in our behavior and work through life events can be very meaningful. This is where Changing Times in Manhattan, Kansas is willing to step in and create a space for people to be heard, be listened to, and change for the better.
